Ok, this photo is just me showing off. I admit it. But I'm pretty proud of the quilt room I made Paula when we remodeled the basement in 2012. She spends many happy hours in it every week. "Happy wife, happy life"

arniesea... I am quite jealous of Paula's sewing room. It's beautiful! I especially like the fact that there are windows! My sewing area is in the basement and doesn't have nice windows.
Am truly looking forward to meeting others with the quilting bug. I am just learning quilting.

I've seen this set-up. Arnie could give Norm Abrams a run for his money (well, almost ).

Thanks, Rich! I do enjoy projects. Now that the house is pretty much done, I have your old Escape '19 to play with!

Quilt kits

Quilting lady-
I would ;be interested in seeing your kits too! My TO-DO list currently includes a quilted tailored mattress cover for our 21 and a TravelSak like sleeping bag to use over it and fold during the day.

I had altered flannel sheets to fit the mattress but I am don't like getting sheets on and off so I am changing designs for the coming season. I would be interested to hear any other ideas that people have.

A wonderful space! She is very lucky to have you to do that.
