Here’s another concept that might go well where aquatic food sources predominate. A SPAM fish stick, microwaveable or cold like
Sushi. Which I always called bait. An Iowan from Williamsburg, about 25 miles south of us has just won a big spam competition in Texas.

That place, Meyer's Grill in Williamsburg, Ia is not too far off I80, looks like a nice place for lunch. Between Williamsburg, Ia and Ernies Lunch in Gettysburg, Texas, my geography is all messed up.

It’s interesting to me the number of recommendations sincerely put forth by Escape and other fiberglass trailer travelers for good places to eat. Some are well known others remote and unknown. I was describing a bar/ restaurant where AZJack and Nancy took Rita and me when we were at the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous to my brother after we got back. He said “I’ve been there and presently showed me a couple photos he took there. Sure enough, same place, 800 miles from our homes. Seems like about every rally has some kind of a local go to eatery that’s a favorite. The only problems I’ve encountered are places that have changed hands and are not as good as anticipated or the real bummer, “closed for the season” our last day was last week.
Why don’t you write a book? Where to camp and where to eat with a special chapter on take it with you products for later consumption like maple syrup, pancake flour, beer, wine, whiskey and whisky, and other products that “travel well”. About 15 or 20 places per state ought to keep us busy and overweight.

Yes but your emoji with popcorn reminded me of two favorites. Mity mite gourmet popcorn from Shellsburg Iowa and Hawkins
Cheezies from Canada. I’ve never seen a best seller entitled “Great salad bars I have known” now that you mention it.
