Is Pinnacles NP nice, worth visiting? I was thinking about making it a stop on a future trip.

Mike, Pinnacles is a nice stop. Good for some bird pics, Condors and Vultures, and some good hikes. Enter and camp at the east side of the park, the road does not go through from the west entrance.

Happy New Year to all.
Just getting back from my annual trip to Edisto Beach, no other Escapes but did see and meet a very nice couple with an Oliver.
The reason I felt comfortable buying our Escape without ever seeing one was this forum and all the wonderful members on it that I have been lucky enough to meet a few already. I think its sad as a community that yes we have common interest for sure in our Escapes and camping but as humans we can't have civil discussions about things like our government and how it effects us.
I did not join this forum to discuss politics at all but do hope if I ever have the pleasure of meeting any member of this site sitting around a campfire one night and any topic comes up we can discuss it as to human beings that may or may not have the same opinion but that's what makes us what we are human.

May 2019 be full .

Thanks for the info. Hope to make it out that way in 2020.

We just got back from Joshua Tree and Organ Pipe Cactus, Joshua Tree campgrounds were in pretty good shape when we left Dec 25-ish but they had to be closed when we were on our way back. Organ Pipe Cactus NM campground was open when we left Dec 30th and looks to be in pretty good shape.. even the solar showers were running.
