Now lets not get political. I've had my fill of that lately.

The daughter of the What-a-Burger founder is a friend of mine. For reals. The company started in Corpus Christi and is still family owned.

I do have to admit that I like Tex Mex cooking. It's a pleasant change from brats ,sauerkraut and beer.

Number 7 with no pickles and no cheese for me. I also like their Whatacatch fish sandwich, in no small part because when I order one the person taking the order yells "FISH!" to the folks in the back. Cracks me up.
My only complaint with Whataburger is that a couple of years ago they got rid of their free wifi. Now I find myself forced to go to Hooters for free wifi. Oh well.

They stopped offering it because of patent trolls. It's a huge problem for all sorts of companies. Some troll sues them for patent infringement, claiming to be the inventor of the WiFi technology. Frivolous of course, but it costs them money to defend.
