Loved it. Even if 'Canadian beer' is owned by an international conglomerate that also owns Bud.
Cheers.

Even without the beer (perish the thought) Canadians DO have tons to celebrate. Not the least of which is that they live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world. I know, I've been to almost 50 countries.

Love it! Especially since our son-in-law is Canadian. Wishing we were Canadian too right about now too...

I will just assume that it is something related to poutine and let it end there.

Don't know why you wish you were Canadian this year since your Escape arriving later would cost you a lot more in our dollars Our son-in-law is American. Certainly glad to see him, our daughter and granddaughter back in the States this week after a tour in South Korea

The London Canada Day celebration is serving Tim bits, beer and poutine. The TV showed the poutine line and it was stunningly long.

OK. That's enough of Canada Day.
Watching Canadian football and there's an ad from Sobey's grocery for "poutine stuffed burger patties". I suppose you eat them with "burger topped poutine".
Seems any old rubbish can constitute poutine.

Oh, if it weren't for your weather, I'd be happy to exit the US of A for a little more sanity. BUT I must say that I'm pleased to be able to get a ""bargain" on a quality trailer!

Oh! And Adrian... my son-in-law hails from Winnipeg! Not too far from you, right?

Yes just an hour north of us. We are there often for shopping appointments, etc. We live in a very small town right on the border but what a great Canada Day celebration we have here. Just finished with a superb fireworks show for such a small community. Looking forward to Tuesday going to the south edge of town and catching the show from Pembina ND
