"Loaded Cheese Fries" - or ?

Shared at The Shore Lodge in McCall ID during lunch Tuesday - "Loaded Cheese Fries", 'with squeaky cheese curds, grilled steak tips, brown gravy, and horseradish sour cream.' Another name for fancy Canadian "Poutine"? First time and not bad...

I recently had seasoned curly fries covered with hot chili and thinly sliced onions and topped with melted sharp cheddar cheese. Southern Poutine?
It was also called loaded fries.
