Poutine Week

Next week, April 20-28 is Poutine Week here in Calgary. My diet starts the following week.

Hey, it is a Mealshare event, so every order gets a meal for a kid in need. I better eat lots.

I'm leaving Portland, OR on Aug. 9... I hope there's a Poutine trailer at the 50th Boler Event and Caravan.

Gracies

We fortunately have a place right here in Catskill (upstate NY) that offers poutine every day. While I love it, I simply can't do it a lot. It leaves me feeling fat. Some of that may be because I already am!

This place is a field to table kind of place. They make their own bread, donuts, source local ingredients. Young couple, great food! If Friday the 20th is the start, hmmm....

Dive on in Jim and Frank.

I'm on a veggie diet after having virtually none during my Las Vegas vacation. Hey wait, potatoes are a veggie right?

French fries, melted cheese curd and gravy, what could be wrong? If you're a vegetarian, maybe the gravy... Hmm, maybe the cheese curd too?
