Slo Cooker Beans!!!

Hi: All... Here's my potluck specialty.
1 lb. of ground pork(Pre fried) +a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 Spanish onion coarse dice(Pre fried) sprinkle with paprica
1/2 lb. of maple bacon cut in 1" pcs.(Pre fried but not crisp)
1 can red kidney beans(Rinsed)
2 cans of beans in tomato sauce
2 cans of Butter beans
Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brn. sugar
1/2 cup of beer(not light stuff)
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
Heat sauce ing's. to melt sugar and combine mustard.
Place all ingredients in the slo cooker on low for 8hrs. Stir a few times.

Hi: PGDriver... Add fine diced garlic just before the onions are done frying if you think it's needed. It's one of the few dishes I cook without garlic!!! Alf
