Southern style breakfast...
Animals woke me up early today, I guess we went to bed earlier last night. Anyway. I'm in the kitchen at 5 am making coffee and thinking about what to have for breakfast. Made some southern style grits with extra butter, milk, grilled ham cubes, american cheese, scrambled egg, and cream style corn......uummm, ummm, good.

Gonna attack some soft scrambies and biscuits with home made sausage gravy in about 5 min. Big old kitchen sure smell good!

We need a food rally where each of us can cook our specialities and then we can wander and taste one another's local cuisine.

With few exceptions, the fiberglass trailer rallies that we go to always have a pot luck dinner night. Everyone cooks their favorite dish and shares. Does that sound like what you are promoting?
