If I recall all the steak in CO is exported so someone elsewhere may enjoy that.
Any steak you eat in CO is most likely imported, probably from Argentina.

Well not so many years ago they called that Grass. And in the 50s when it was packed in a stick match box for transport the truckers called it a bale of hay. It was a cash crop in the 40s in Iowa where it was grown to make rope for the war effort. Tree climbers who were adept and fearless would bail out of a tall tree with rope and saddle and would snub the rope just before they hit the ground and then for some strange reason take a deep breath as they untied the knot off the saddle.
