I've seen the video all over the web, especially on Facebook in the all-molded-towable groups. There's a Casita parked next to the wall and it didn't move and folks are the talking about the fact it didn't flip, etc. as how much better the shape is to other build types. No, that's not how tornadoes 'work.' Oh my.

Tie-downs: D-rings buried in the ground that allow a small airplane to be secured with a rope or chain. That would help in this situation. I'd consider it if I owned an RV storage facility in Tornado Alley.

I would think that tie down points would be a selling point for persons looking for a storage area and/or the requirement to tie down to avoid runaway damage a good idea.

For those who have not experienced the quality of life found in a mobile home park, building standards require tie downs for mobile homes to prevent becoming mobile until the homeowners or park owners want them to be mobile. Maybe a good model for RV storage yards.
