Love it! One month from today we'll be picking up our trailer! Love snow sports too. We were going to go skiing today but it's too warm out and probably raining at the ski hill. Went to the Kingfisher spa for some hydrotherapy instead!

Solution: Big Bend National Park. Daytime temps in the mid 80's, morning lows near 30. Yes, winter and summer in the same day.

Perfect Alan. I envy you. Only 4-5 hours away, but duty calls. Jim Bennett says 84 is too hot for his Canadian skin, but it's a "dry" heat...

So, I will just wither instead of melting then, eh?

Thanks for the tip. We will check it out. We are in Cape Royale on Lake Livingston and always looking for places nearby for a quick trip.

Is that at Lightning Lake?
As I recall they used to plow the parking lot and allow camping there all winter.
We used to camp at Mule Deer as it was not so busy in the summer.

Cheers
