Melanie, Not sure what you are asking for, they make a 17A and a 19, no a or b in the 19. The A in th 17 means no bath, the 19 has a bath. You want the 1st G model with the curved door.

Good luck! I know sturski had a 19A built Escape 19 - no bathroom but I've never seen a used one for sale. Doesn't mean they don't exist, but it would be very scarce.

To clarify I am looking for a regular 19 ft Escape with an oven (I miss it dearly in my 17b) and bathroom! Seems there’s no way to edit the original post.
I need the lighter version, call it ‘Classic’ or 1st generation or rounded version... just can’t be as heavy as the new ones as I do enjoy my present, somewhat limited, tow vehicle.
Very happy to travel within western Canada to pick up. Am in no rush but will give your trailer a good home!

You are not that far from Escape factory, perhaps they can install an oven in your 17 or used E19?

Thank you Eric and Diana. Your trailer is almost everything we need, except ... sadly... the oven! ETI cannot or will not retrofit an oven. I checked some time ago. I have heard the 17 can be custom made new with an oven though at the expense of the furnace. I had a truck camper and a 17 Bigfoot both with ovens and I really enjoyed being able to bake. The toaster oven needs hydro so seldom use get to use it.
I know I will have to be extraordinarily lucky to find a used 19 with an oven but... fingers crossed.

I think your odds will be better to find a 1st G Escape 21 with an oven as that was when it was first offered and a lot of them had ovens installed. My first E21 had one.

I’ve not considered a E21 before. I have the specs for the 19 which required tow capability of 4,000 lbs which is fine. Do you know what the E21 Classic required? Thanks!

Is an indoor oven really a showstopper? Are there other solutions? How about this:

We have a first gen 19 and have the oven . The first item to go on the build . Unfortunately we arenít selling . I am sure there has to be more out there . Actually there is a gas line there for the stove top . We did a little cabinet cutting in our first camper and installed a oven . It can be done . Pat

Thanks Pat. That’s encouraging to hear. We aren’t handy people but perhaps someone, other than ETI could do it for us. Will follow up.

Tks for the E21 wts. Too beefy for a Jeep Cherokee though.

You are very Welcome . You can purchase your oven . Then just find a woodworker or shop who could cut out the cabinets for your oven install ,of your oven . They would know what to do for your install . The best part you already have your gas line . The 19 definetly has the room for oven, but I have seen mentioned the 17 does not . So that is something to check on if you come across a 17 . It really easnít very hard mod to do and the ovens are not heavy . Escape just doesnít want to bother with this install , not that it canít be done .
We did our own new upholstery, finding a lady who did a little work from home 3 1/2 years later for a very reasonable price . So lots of woodworkers out there that can do this for you . Good luck ! Pat

Interestingly the last two classic 19's that were sold and are listed in the archive had ovens. Just keep your eyes peeled and be ready to act quickly.

I hadn’t considered a US purchase but the importation process doesn't look too onerous. Tks!
