One way is to go to the original thread, highlight the web address up top in the browser, right click - COPY, navigate to where you want it pasted and then right click - PASTE.

Excuse me, but whenever I see this thread heading I always wonder what an ISO is?

I am aware of International Standards Organization, but that doesn't fit.

As a prefix is short for isometric, or equal.

Nope, I am just a dumb Canadian who does not know all those silly acronyms. I was lucky, I was taught to type full words in primary school.

Another place I know what ISO means.

We will soon need a dictionary for all the acronyms being formed daily, especially those with multiple meanings.

I do not think you are dumb, what is happening is, you and I are becoming extinct. These shortcuts being used are created by the new generation on their phones. Rather than hold a live conversation on the phone they type it out and then realize it takes too long, so they use initials, LOL is a prime example. Also want ads will use abbreviations to save space, Craigs List created categories using them: ISO SWF or SWM. Of course if you ever served in the military or worked for GAO or GSA or IRS, they became second nature. That is where I acquired my initial use experience, not by using the text feature.

On my phone I either use swype typing or more often if lengthy I use voice to text which works great for me for the most part. On the computer I do type, but can type faster than I can think which is sometimes an issue.
