Wanted Escape 15B

Looking for a 15' B model with no air conditioning or the A/C above the fridge, not on the roof. Want to be able to park in my garage.

Alice, given how hot it is there today, A/C would sure be nice.

Good luck on your hunt for a trailer.

Thanks Jim. I want to have the A/C above the fridge. If no A/C that's ok, I have a person who can install it. Just as long as I can get it under the 8' garage door to store it. Learned from my first RV, go north in summer, south in winter.

Spent past weekend in 112 degrees at a reservoir. Was nice after the sun went down. Little 5000BTU A/C worked hard to keep it at 90 inside during the day.

Hoping someone with a 15B is getting 2 footitis.

There will be one. You might have to wait a few weeks but be ready. A little later in the season is more likely.

I'm fine for later in the season. I still have one big trip in the T@B, then put it up for sale. Is yours w/o air conditioning? I want to fit it in the garage.

Ours is a 21' and we have A/C. We keep it at a storage place.

Anybody know how many 15's were made? I think there might even have been less 15's than 13's but then I could be way wrong....not the first time nor the last.

Thanks Karen. It looks like the 13's win the rarity prize by a long way.

Still looking for a 15B. Since people are hanging on to them like gold, wonder why Escape won't build them anymore? Sure, maybe they don't sell as many as the larger ones, but I'm sure they could fit a couple on to the schedule every year.

Alice, from what Reace has told me, there will most likely never be any more 13's or 15's produced by ETI.

No there won't. Not just the fact that all other moulds have been updated, but I don't think they even have the templates anymore for those trailers. It was costing them just about as much to build the 13 and 15, as it was the 17.

I forget the specs of the 15, but I think it weighted less that 200 lbs lighter than the 17. Both had the same width and height, and were outfitted with all the same fixtures. Just 2' more of shell, frame and a we bit of interior stuff.

Jim I noticed quite a differance in towing our 15 and then towing our 17. Mileage dropped by at least 25% if not more, also we went from not needing a WDH to needing one. And that was with my 2010 Santa Fe. I was quite surprised by the different towing experience between the two sizes.
