19 build sheet and updated spreadsheet

We are getting close to finalizing our build sheet for our 19 (see link below). Couple of things we are considering still such as the option for the thermal but slider style windows versus the new awning style - we like a good amount of air flow. Also will be mostly boondocking and not a lot of need for a bunch of 120V appliances so considering aftermarket portable surge protector instead of built in one. Finally, with general reading are the lights over the bed adequate? We likely are getting two over the dinette. If anyone is interested, we took the original spreadsheet from Jon Vermilye (thanks!) and updated it so you can see how much it costs for an option, and how much you save if you don’t select it. Also a section for items that are based on quantity ordered. You can find it here

Here is my take on the windows, they can be used in the rain, sliders can not, except for one under the awning. The portable EMS may not work at all pedestals, some are really low to the ground. The new style led lights are very nice.

We have had both style windows and love the new awning type. Also the rear window opens with the awning type and does not with the sliders. If you need more air than the windows give just turn on the Maxx fan.

I much prefer the built in EMS because it's no fuss and you just forget about it even being there. We had problems with a portable plugging in at some electric bushes.

Hadn't really thought about the price difference between a good portable EMS and the built-in one - which is not all that much, so for the ease and peace of mind we will likely add that.

As for windows while it may be true the casement sliders open might have more direct flow from any wind, with the awning, more # of windows open. With a kitchen and bathroom added, we can keep a lot open even through any rain.

Thanks for posting the spread sheet. This is very helpful as a general guide line for those of us looking to buy new or used. This will be a good general reference to help determine the value of a used trailer regarding added options included in the models offered. The asking prices are all over the place but I can only assume this is due to the "extras". Hopefully one gets what one pays for but due diligence is always the key ingredient to avoid buyers remorse for paying to much.
Yours looks like it is going to bean awesome trailer and should provide you with years of pleasure, Enjoy!
