Just got a copy of the 2019 Escape calendar in the mail over the Christmas break. There are some great photos throughout the calendar. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a photograph taken by my son while we were coming home from our vacation last summer was selected by ETI as their front cover shot. I couldn't resist passing on my copy of the calendar to my son.

That cover photo was great. I studied the photos pretty closely to try and figure out what I need to do to get a selection in the future. The answer seems to be go camping more in some of the beauty spots of the USA and Canada. I’d ask my bride of 48 years for some tips and she would just tell me to get up earlier and work harder. Then I would ask her what made her an expert and she would show me “March” and tell me I need a close encounter of the photographic kind. Congrats to all the photographers with selections this year.

Escape Trailer Industries does not own this forum, so if you need to talk to ETI, you need to go to their site:
Escape Trailer Industries – Chilliwack, British Columbia
To my recollection, the calendar goes to people who have ordered a trailer or taken delivery in the past year.
Beyond that, if you send a high resolution photo of your trailer adventures to be considered for inclusion in the calendar, you will get a copy.
If you want your photo to be chosen, there are guidelines to observe. The photo should not include people or pets. The trailer should be the focus of the picture. In other words, don't take a picture of your trailer with your tow vehicle in the foreground.
In any event, you can buy a copy for $5 CAD, last I checked, which is approximately the cost of the postage, never mind the envelope and the calendar.
See posts #1 and #2 in this thread.

Calendars
If I got a calendar every time I filled a tank, I could wallpaper our storage building. But they never offer me one at the hardware store? Happy New Year, Jim and Noelia.

Pat, if you look in this thread ( http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f7...orm-13428.html), Post #4 shows the photo that Escape selected for the front cover of the calendar.

While I do get the calendar, it might be a good idea for those like you that don't if Escape would post the photos selected. I will send Tammy an email on this.
edit: email sent

Hi Alf,
I get free pens at the post office but they all have those little bead chains on them that keep getting in my way. I’ll write to you from Leavenworth with one.
