Hi: All... I'm still burnt at the MaxxFan controlls being 1" to far up for me to reach. Bend and stretch exercises help, but if I knew I would have ordered a remote control for the fan. Platform shoes and a hair piece would help with my other problems, but so too would a "Jim Bennett" haircut and being 6' tall!!! Alf

Alf, I saw that issue back in 2014 with the first 5.0 TA model. I could not reach the upper kitchen cabinets nor the fan controls. The remote solves that issue.

Hi: Jim Bennett... Ha Ha... I've been on two strechers. One in BC and one in Ont. Still i've lost 1/2 an inch in height.
