So, roadkill is out of the question? Just kidding, scrapple is made with scraps from butchering. Growing up I was told it was the scraps that fell to the floor, but that is not true. Just cuts of meat that did not make the cut, so to speak. Slice it, dip in flour and then fry in some lard or bacon fat. Very tasty.

In other words, it doesn't even have to be meat.

Right and there isn't much meat there. But it is good.

Sounds like Spam, without the gelatin.

The ETI Customer Appreciation Rally for 2015 will be my first. Already plotting and planning. BUCKET LIST! Anticipation is half of the trip. It's March the rally doesn't happy until May. SWEET. About 60 days of adrenaline!

Safe travels to all, truly.

When at home I watch my intake, while camping I'm on vacation, another reason I enjoy camping.
