Another Example of Escape Customer Service

Those of you who've followed our thread about our maiden voyage know that our 2 door fridge began beeping about 3 or 4 days in to our trip home. The beeping supposedly means the door isn't closed, even though ours was. Eventually at Reace's suggestion we unplugged the refrigerator light which silenced the alarm.

Here we are at the Bluebonnet Rally and I mentioned to Reace the other night that I still needed to get the fridge light switch replaced. That is a call to Dometic and taking the trailer to an authorized service center, probably having to leave the trailer there for several days, etc. Reace said he would come up with something and then we dropped it because the priority at the time was the whiskey, and not the fridge.

This morning I went over to the Shower House and when I returned my wife informed me that Reace had stopped by and switched out the fridge light assembly. We now have a fridge light and no beeping. What a great guy and a great company. So glad, once again, that we chose an Escape.

Thumbs up

While at Osoyoos where more than one hundred owners revelry throughout the day and night, Reace and his father in law are busy, tweaking and fixing small issues any of us may have in our trailers. He even has parts sent from the factory if needed. A toast to Reace and family....

Had coffee with my cousin yesterday. Her family have been a long time pop up trailer owners and have moved to an rpod. Of course there's one or two little problems. Her jaw dropped when I told her about Reace fixing stuff at the rally.

And to add to this...

I discussed with Reace at the Bluebonnet Rally some modifications to my fresh water tank which is mounted inside under the bed. He said he would send parts to rearrange a few things and the parts came in the mail today.

Thanks Escape,

Steve

Hi: Kountrykamper... I think his name is Rick. He came to Osoyoos with an electric water heater switch and some panel boards to repair our water heater and storage cupboard!!! Now that's customer service. Alf
