Chris, just installed the new grid-loc tiles in our new 19. If you get the softer indoor version, you can cut to finish quite nicely with a wire cutter, followed by a utility knife to cut off any remaining nibs. I know I couldn't do that with the outdoor version. Softer on the feet too. I didn't feel the need to cut a hole for the drain because you can easily bend back the tile to reach it.

I'd post a pic but can't figure out how to do that on tapatalk with an iPhone.

We had Dri-Dek in our Casita but my wife complained that it hurt her feet. Is grid-loc softer?

The Grid-Loc comes in 2 versions: indoor & outdoor. The indoor is fairly soft and pliable. I recall the Dri-Dek was hard and inflexible. Needed a power tool to cut it. Not so with the indoor Grid-Loc.
