Bike to Work Week in the States

This past week we celebrated Bike to Work Week here in the states, perhaps in Canada as well? Well, I do not work work any longer but I did use my bike to make the 3 1/2 mile trip to the storage yard with plans to add some new security features to my recently delivered trailer.

The yard is owned by one of my biking buddies, he caught me moving the new Escape around at his storage area. I guess he thought it would be a good photo for our club website www.veloclub.org. I though it might be of interest to forum members as well.

Hi: fudge_brownie... When I think of a bicycle chain I visualize something a little finer. Alf

Re: Bike to Work Week in the States

Hehe Paul, I did not know you are that strong... But hey, you gave yourself away by not photoshop'ing the picture around the coupler, having the coupler lock on... I see you played this weekend, too. We had a blast this weekend giving Cafe Egg the well deserved bath. Luckily also my storage place is really nearby, so we were able to pick up, clean, play, and bring back in one relaxing day. The hitch coupler is working like a charm now, and Cafe Egg was very easy to hitch on. This is how I envisioned it, and I am able to do that by myself no problem. It was fun tinkering and driving around with Cafe Egg again. She is good to go now, all sparkly and equipped. Now Cafe Egg is awaiting a very busy summer
