Buying escape 19

thinking of buying an escape 19. The unit is 5 yrs old and looks well kept has problely 10,000 miles on it. My question is what should I look for in checking it out? Are there any problem areas? How long is the rubber torsion axel good for? Any help would be appreciated. They seem to keep their resale value pretty well even when brought used. And the 19 is a very nice unit. Thank you.

The axles will last a long time, more age related than mileage. Brakes and bearings should be replaced or checked, operate all the appliances including the water pump and o/h fan. Otherwise, not much else that can go wrong. Maybe get a ladder and look at the roof for any cracks in the vents and covers due to sun or branch damage.
never in doubt, often wrong
