Camping Spokane area

We would like to try out the Riverside bicycle trail around Spokane and need a good base to cycle from. If anyone has information about a good camping spot we would appreciate receiving some tips.

Riverside a State Park is very nice - have not ever camped there as we live locally but we use it as a day hiking/cycling spot. The Centennial Trail runs right through the park - the trail goes all the way to Coeur D'Alene if you are so inclined. Be sure to make reservations online as it can be quite crowded!

Thanks for the info on the State Park. If the bike trail goes through it, that would be perfect.
