Can I sell the escape that is in production?

Hi all,
I have made a reservation for a 17A last year December. It will finally go into production in a few days and will be ready for delivery in 20 Aug.
Circumstances have changed and it will be difficult for me to take delivery of it.
Does anyone know if I can sell the trailer in this forum? Does ETI allow it? Will they sell it for me before I take delivery?

I'm sure that you are not the first person to be in this predicament. Maybe reach out to Tammy at ETI and see what they can do for you? The Escape forum is independent of ETI. You would probably be better off working with ETI directly and not actually completing the purchase of your trailer so you don't lose the tax. The worst you would be out would be the $2,500 deposit forfeited.

It has been done in the past, but once ETI okays, then post it for sale.

I believe if you cancel BEFORE it goes into production you are only out $500, so I would suggest talking to ETI ASAP to find out your options before deciding on the best path forward.
