Re: Christmas Escape!!!

We wish the entire Escape & Escapee families "Happy Holidays" as well. We hope to get a chance to meet more of you in person throughout the coming years - particularly when we're all out Escaping in the beautiful outdoors.

For those of you up in the frozen north that are lamenting that your camping season is over for the year...
We took Grasshopper to a Thanksgiving campout in the TX Hill Country with 30+ friends (they were all cold & jealous in their tents). Nothing like a traditional turkey meal with all the side dishes cooked via campfire & propane heat and eaten among friends while camping.

We plan to take Grasshopper back out for a big New Year's campout hopefully with the same group of friends. Not sure where yet though - maybe the east TX piney woods. This makes up for having to endure the sweltering TX summer heat earlier this year.

Brad

Re: Christmas Escape!!!

Though we are "newbies" (we are also newfies), and we won't take delivery of our 17B until May, we feel like a fully accepted, full fledge Escapee. You all seem to be a great bunch, with a good since of humor and a desire to help one another. What a better way to fell during this time of year....how fuzzy can you get. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to our trails crossing in the years ahead.

Re: Christmas Escape!!!

I think I did this somewhere else (probably buried under "lubricating your axles" somewhere), but we wish all the Escape Family a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. Wise Men Still Seek Him.

Cute little one!! And they grow just soooo fast...

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you fellow-Escapees also from me! My daughter and I will be traveling home to Germany for the Holidays. Will be nice to be reunited again with all of the family!
