Dec. 1 Flip Your Calendars
Wooohooo, get to look at an Escape 5er all month long. Great month for it as it will feel like Christmas for 31 days.
The 2013 calendar is/was great. Much prefer to look at trailers.. out camping.. than just about anything else.
Happy December first everyone!

Where can we get this Calendar for 2014? I figure this is a ploy to get us to ask, Donna.

The past several years Escape Trailer Industries has produced a calendar. I can't say if they're doing it again for 2014. As busy as they must be....
I would be happy with a downloadable, printable PDF!
So, I guess new owners, soon to be owners will have to wait for "Santa."
Sorry I can't give you more info.

Escape Industries normally will send new owners an Escape calendar gratis the following year of purchase.

There is definitely going to be a 2014 calendar. Tammy showed me the proof a week or so ago.
BTW she is always happy to receive photos of your escape in beautiful settings. Brian

We received a mailing today in a brown paper wrapper - no, no, not that - it's the Escape 2014 calendar.
Beautiful scenery - lovely trailers.

Got my calendar today. Seems like it does a good job of suggesting the preferred tow vehicle for each unit, Lexus SUV for a 15, Tacoma for a 19 and Ford 150 for the 21. I have the 21 ordered for a July completion and was dithering on the TV, now I know it should be a Ford.

Jim, yes I have noticed there are several 6 cylinder vehicles being used for the 21. I have a Tacoma I use for my Casita and my best guess of weight difference between the Casita and the 21 is about 800 lbs. I know the 6500 lb tow capacity of the Tacoma should be adequate but It's hard to imagine pulling 800 lbs more than I do now with my Taco. So I am considering a full size truck.

The cover photo was taken by me this past summer just out of Grande Cache Alberta on our way from the Peace River country to Jasper. Just had to stop and take several photos of that incredible sunset following a little rain shower.
My very first submission to Escape for the calendar and was pleasantly surprised to see it on the cover.

We submitted a photo for the calendar and turned out losers . I guess we'll just have to travel more next year and take more photos! Here's our losing entry. I'd love to see the entries from other losers.

No losers. There's only 12 month in the year.
Have you let the pix scroll on the Escape Trailer Industries site?

Towing the 21 with a 6 cylinder
We will be towing our new 21 with a 6 cylinder Honda Ridgeline, at least until it proves inadequate, or feels unsafe. Here's a picture of it being put into it's winter home, one just inside the U.S., and one at it's first camp out!! Come on second camp out!!!

It's the big trees. They made your trailer look to small to for good RV sales. Park next to small trees and zoom in next year. Also you might try sending fine chocolates with your entry.

What I noticed was there weren't any obsolete 5.0's in 2014 calendar. Perhaps no 5.0 owners submitted photos or chocolates up to Chilliwack.
