Does ETI put in your dicor slider at orientation?
Does ETI put in your dicor slider at orientation? Is there a fee for that? They are putting in the springfield pedestall.

If installing the Dicor on the Springfield, the aluminum plate on the top of the pedestal needs to be cut to fit. I doubt that Escape would do that, but you could always ask. If using their sliding top, then they would.
Kate, you can just use the sliding top on the Springfield and it will do. The Dicor just provides even more movement in both directions.

They have been installing Springfield pedestals gratis as there is no difference vs. stock dual units. Dicor slider is different and doubt they would do so even at a charge, although they could like other options and price it accordingly. One hour labor would be more than enough.

Nancy, while I agree that the Dicor slider is not necessary with the Springfield pedestal, I wouldn't panic. If you really want it, I am certain that if you attend a few FG trailer rallies, you will meet someone with the know how and the willingness to assist you in its installation. In general, most modifications you may want to do to your trailer do not require a degree in Rocket Science. Most anyone has the ability to do them with the right tools, it's usually confidence that is lacking. It really shouldn't be more difficult than making a quilt. Perhaps youu have some acquaintances who are handy with tools.....just ask them if they can help.
