After going so long before finally seeing an Escape on our five week trip we saw two more this week. Monday while waiting at Calais ME a 5.0TA passed us heading into Canada and Thursday while eating lunch at a gas station in Sault Ste Marie ON a 5.0 single axle passed heading east.

Shout-out to the E19 with light gray decals I saw climbing the narrow, winding, and steep road toward the tiny campground in California’s second largest state park: Henry W Coe

No Escape sightings from St. Louis to Colorado and back last week.

But we saw:
** Easily a dozen Casitas
** 2 Olivers
** 2 Scamps (one was a 5th wheel)
** 1 Bigfoot truck camper

Here, in Catalina State Park (AZ), a couple rows North of us is an older 19 with graphics - 70 Degrees. We are in B Loop Spot #10 in our 21NE. Walked by a couple of times, but it appears they are inside. Probably trying to stay cool! Maybe we'll run into them this evening when we take another walk after dinner.

That’s probably forum member Greg A from Phoenix with his 2015 19’.

If you run into him tell him Ron says hi.

Greg organized the Q'site rally for several years until he hit the road.

Saw E17, "Thistle Dew", north bound on Kitchen-Dick Road from Hwy 101, west of Sequim, heading towards Dungeness County Park this morning around 1020. Be sure to walk down to the beach and enjoy the Spit. Watch the tides...

5.0 vs 5.0: 9/23/23, Parks Hwy, Alaska

Last Saturday afternoon, returning from Denali NP, we were southbound on the Parks Hwy, around milepost 142.

You: 5.0 with green graphics, black(?) truck, northbound.
Us: 5.0 with maroon graphics, bright blue truck. Recently settled in Anchorage.

Are you from the area or passing through on an adventure?

Duane

And hello to the 5.0TA with rainbow decals on the 101S in Ventura today at 1pm.

Yesterday, watched a brand new looked like a 21C, on a flatbed cross in front of me. No graphics at all. As I was first waiting at a light in Bernaillo, NM. Heading south to Albuquerque.

I'm in a small town North of Albuquerque, NM. Not on 25 very much? But, all in a 3 block area. 1st I see a new 21C going south on a flat bed. 2 days ago, a 17 going south. Today a second 17 going south......... South is The Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.

Passed through Bernalillo yesterday on our way back from north of Cuba, NM for some fall camping. We usually try to get out of town for Balloon Fiesta. We saw an Escape 19 or 21 heading north on I25.

Linda jokes that Escapes seem to be like birds; usually found north in the summer and fly south for the winter
