My friend just followed this Escape onto the Port Townsend ferry this morning. She said it had Canadian plates.

We passed it going north through Oak Harbour. We were heading south to Port Townsend with our 17.

Deb and I were east on I-80 today at 12:00 noon and spotted an Escape at the RV Hall of Fame Museum in Elkhart, Indiana. Not sure if it was a 19 or 21, but we think it was there to arrange for induction, once it has been retired for 5 years, of course.

HappyCampers: "We saw an Escape 5.0TA with red graphics at Heartland RV and Campground just south of Hermosa SD this morning."
That was us at Heartland RV and Campground,9-20,21,22.We have been away from the forum, busy with the new 5.0TA traveling. Departed San Marcos, CA, 8-9, orientation and acceptance of the new Escape 8-19, Banff for 3days, 3 days in Whistler near Jasper (just a parking spot and our solar panel), 6 days in Edmonton, AB, area for family reunion, 6-7 days in Winnipeg, MB, more family, 6 days in Minnesota visiting my sister in Hastings. Then it was heading for home via Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, & Custer Park (stayed at Heartland). Don't head into or out of Denver on Friday or Sunday! 47 miles out the traffic was bumper to bumper. First time in 14 yrs of RVing, stayed at a Walmart, Golden, CO. On to Arches National Park, Zion National Park, a stop in the Las Vegas area for quick visit with a son and wife and then the last 6-7 hours to home on 9-28. 7,094 total miles, 5,649 on the new trailer. Increase of 5 - 6 mpg with the 2012 RAM 1500 pulling the 5.0 vs the old Forest River 27 ft Travel trailer (7-8,000 lbs). Andersen Hitch worked great and easy. The Escape 5.0TA was great, hardly knew it was behind us, U-turns were a snap! It has been washed, off to DMV for an inspection and permanent license plate and ready to go again. This was our most scenic trip, 51 days with only 5 days without the sun.

Like Two Ships Passing In the Day!

We were E\B on Hwy. 20 in Duanesburg, NY at 12 noon on Tuesday, Oct. 11 and a 5.0 TA was W/B. Our first view of a 5.0 outside of Chilliwack. Good looking rig being pulled by a dark gray Ford P/U.

Steve, that was us in Chicago and at the RV Hall of Fame. We were on our way home. Left home on 9/6/16 and got home 10/7/16. 31 days, 7445 miles, and 158 hrs of seat time. We had a great trip and we love our new Escape. Other than Steve's 21 we saw two 17's, two 19's, and 5er.

Whew! You certainly wore me out with 7K+ miles! What a fabulous trip. Glad the new Escaping went so well.

And another with 7K+! Amazing you could manage all of that! Sounds as if Escape is doing as well as ever with the trailers.

Smile Any Idea who this is ? Spotted it at Drakes Island, Wells, ME

Our 5.0 has been ordered and we were excited to tell our nephew about these custom made rarely seen trailers... They went to the beach a 1/2 min from our home and see this... They asked "Is this like the one you ordered"? They obviously took picture of it.

Charlie Bashaw & Susan O'Connell / Drakes Island Rd. Wells, ME
2017 Escape 5.0 TA ("Celtic Wanderer") of course, after we get it...

Escapes at Casitas

Since we live close by, we dropped in for the morning to visit the Casita Rally at Lake Casitas. Lo and behold, first thing we saw after the front entrance was this: An Escape 21. There were perhaps a dozen or more, including Kkinna's freshly painted 15 and a new style 19.
For those of you there, your 80° days are leaving; we hit a fog bank on the coast at Ventura right after lunch.

It has to be indeed very rare to see a 5.0 or just about any Escape up there, as it is here. Congrats on your order and send us your own photo later!

I just got back from Iowa after being gone a month so this is an old report. Spotted an Escape 21 with red graphics headed north on US 63, north of Denver Iowa. It was being towed by a dark tow vehicle, couldn't tell if a suv or pickup. Anyway, this was the Monday following the rally at Eldridge , Iowa, so somebody was heading home. Anyone we know? Loren

We followed an Escape 5.0 going south on CA 12 from Santa Rosa to Sonoma. It had BC plates. We wondered if they were heading south.
