Love it! I had a 17B in Madison CG 4/28-5/4 and moved to Fishing Bridge afterward. YNP - what a wonderful place!!! I had been in warm areas (Tombstone AZ and Zion NP) So, on the way to Yellowstone, I stopped at a travel center in Idaho to winterize. The low temps in Madison were in the low 20s. So, I basically dry camped for a few days. Lots of snow this trip!

A bit behind it was a Voodoo blue FJ Cruiser. When I got to the factory shortly after that, a new customer told me the guy was from Alabama and was there to pick up his new trailer. Yay for him!

Heading home later that day an Escape pulled off I5 just south of Bellingham - probably heading towards Anacortes. I believe it had red graphics, but I don't know the tow vehicle as there was a ton of traffic I had to concentrate on. Plus, they were in front of me.

Farther south on 5, I saw what I think was a 21' without graphics heading north. I don't know the trailers enough to recognize if it was an actual Escape or another brand. Nor am I 100% on the size unless I see the graphics that tell me what it is.

Saw several Scamps and another unknown fiberglass trailer. Great weather for camping!

And, of course I saw WADS of trailers at the factory, but those don't really count as I knew I'd see 'em there. I'm making several reports on my visit there today, in separate threads.
Sorry to be way behind times...but the Voodoo FJ was me. I was a nervous wreck prior to pulling the 17B across country. The nerves settled down as soon as I got out of the Seattle traffic. The camper pulls like a dream!

This is a great way to see the same country we have in the past ridden our motorcycles but now we stay dry and have our own bed. The rain starts late Wed. so I read. Heading north on I5 around Chehalis around noonish on June 1st saw a 21 with red graphics (I think!) pulled by a dark SUV-type vehicle.

I was headed south in my truck pulling my naked 21 (without graphics), heading to Corvallis.

Saw another 21 with red graphics (I do remember that!) pulled over at the viewpoint along the river on the 205 bypass in the Portland area. Around 2PM or so. The male driver was just getting out of his vehicle as I zipped by going the other direction. Doubt he saw me.

Didn't see any Escapes coming home yesterday.

Unless I looked in my mirrors!

Oh! Yes! That was me! Guess we have met. This was our first rally and there were a lot of folks to try and keep track of.

Even though I "chickened out" of the Spirt Sampling, you and I should consider creating a, "Help a Fellow Escapee Back to Their Trailer" support group?

Spotted a 21 on South 356th in Federal Way WA. on my way to work Friday June 16th. It looked like it was making its way to I-5 and heading out for the weekend. That makes 2 in Pierce County?

OK - a cool "sighting" while we "Escaped"! This retro outfit pulled in near us yesterday at Ponderosa State Park, McCall. The owner built the trailer between the bottom and top of an old Coleman tent trailer, and built the tug(boat) from scratch. Gotta love it...Glenn.

I'm curious Glenn. How does he tow both of them?
