Bruce, I don't see anything different in the message then any other message I've received over the past half-dozen years or so...

I always get a reply QUICKLY, unless it's a holiday or I send ETI a message on Sunday. Even Saturday... they're responding. Do Reace or Tammy ever sleep?

I thought it was different than day in, day out usual.

Guess not, carry on. They should change their generic message though.

I've camped with both at the Oregon Gathering for probably the last eight years... I'm betting Tammy was sending out emails sometime over the weekend! Gotta love that Customer Service

I sent an email July 2 at 9:34 am and got a response July 3 at 10:46 am.

Message they posted is that their email is being worked on and may slow response time. Why are we discussing this?

A question I've asked myself from time to time.

Well Glenn, I posted this on the ETI discussion forum to let people know that ETI might have some lost emails in the switch over from whatever their old system was to whatever their new system is.

Yes, ETI an outstanding history with returning emails, however new and potential customers MAY have an email go missing, which would suggest, to me, that a phone call might be in order to ETI for urgent business.

Clear now?

Yup. That is clear. I didn't read all that into the original post.
