ETI Factory Tour

We would like to take a tour of the factory and hopefully a walkthrough of a couple of escapes, especially the 21 and the 5.0TA. Does anyone know if you can just show up, or does one make appointment?

Thanks!

Factory tours are only available during lunchtime, when they're not in production mode. I'd contact ETI so they know you're coming and they can fill you in on any other specifics you might need to know.

We ordered our trailer on a Friday morning and then Reace gave us a personal tour the next morning, explaining each step of construction. This was in Sept. of 2014, and you could see the growing pains back then. Loren

You'll want to contact them as they only have room for a certain amount of people in each tour (8, I think, but don't quote me on that). When we went up last September, one of the days we were interested in was full, so we picked another day.

We also booked some time after the tour with one of the customer service gals as we had some more questions. When we went up 2 weeks ago we also booked time to talk to Sarah. If you think you'll want to talk to someone in detail about the trailers, be sure to tell them that ahead of time so they can schedule that for you.

They have one of each size trailer on display outside that you can walk through and spend as much time as you want looking at them. Just be aware they're not hooked up to electrical, so it can be rather dark in there if it's raining (which it was in Sept) or very cold (which it was when we were there 2 weeks ago).

The 17' on display has a bathroom (it's also available w/o one). None of the display models had a u-shaped dinette, so if you're interested in that option you'll need to find an owner near you with one that will let you view their trailer.

It was really great to see all of their trailers in one place, at one time. Enjoy your visit!

or, you can attend the annual Escape Rally in Osoyoos, BC held in May. Last year there were over a hundred trailers there, all lined up and the owners were eager to show you their own changes made. A sight to see, surely........
