Looks like a PhotoShop concept to me.
One needs to consider where the wheel wells are. Not a lot of foot room under the "side dinette".

One also has to consider weight distribution.

When Reace was working on the 19' layout and design, he engaged the forum. Lots of members provided their concepts.

I have never seen a rear door Escape....I'm not sure it is real!

That timing makes sense. Note the first-generation (or "classic") body design; it even has the old propane tank mounting style.
