Glad or Sad or wish I would have done these things

For our 2017 21 ft. Hindsight
I am glad I
Have amber outdoor lites all around,
Have 3 switches near door for all outdoor lights,
The kitchen overhead light, and the light right outside the door.
Bought a tire minder
Bought a remote Acu-Rite refrigerator and freezer monitor
Replaced our table with one that moves in four directions.
Pick out pretty upholstery fabrics and light colored Formica that really Brightened up the place and made the trailer look a little bigger.
Added a full length mirror on bathroom door.
Added hooks on wall next to bed
Added fold up tray next to sink.
Remote control fan over bed is essential for those hot flashes
Front exterior Toolbox is essential.
I added extra door on the bottom of the bed that’s handy for a plastic tub of bathroom supplies.
Replaced the front door lock with a keyless.
Solar panel for boon docking.
Built in microwave
Slider windows
Had ETI put on the ball for the sway bar, the back up camera, the uhooks

Wish I would’ve:
Not chosen a floor color that was near white. It does brighten the trailer and make it look larger but it shows every speck of dirt of coarse! You can go lighter without going to light. I didn’t like that dark floor that came with the drain
Added outside door near the batteries.
Did not have LED lights inside the trailer. They are too difficult to change Powell would prefer lightbulbs.
Would have preferred to have the manual Awning With the sturdy arms, and a good tool to let the rain run off. The electric one is convenient but too delicate. I feel like I have to constantly babysit it.
Should have gotten built in tv antenna

Haven’t used our outdoor shower.

Me? I wanted the outside door by the batteries. But, ETI said no. Wish I had got the roof mounted solar, but I ended up buying a portable solar panel and 2 AGM batteries for the same amount of money, if not a little more. I agree on the electric awning. It does make me nervous.

LED lights are much superior to bulbs, and unless there is a manufacturing problem, you will likely never need to change them. They draw way less power, thus producing less heat which taxes the longevity of incandescent bulbs. Most lighting is going LED. Just my thoughts on that one.

Jim we Were aware of all those facts and glad we got LED lights At the time, but now that they are flickering one by one and we are having to replace them it is no fun. The LED boards inside difficult if not impossible to switch out where a lightbulb would be pretty easy at this point.

Good list. It reminded me of a few other things we like also like the air conditioner, dual water heater the oven although we do not use it very often we do like it when we do. Husband really likes the power Jack a lot. And Zamora plug for extra solar panel.
