Height of 21' WITH HVAC

On the website for escape 21 the photos show the HVAC roof unit in place.

However that is an extra $1,000 I think.

Does the listed height of the escape 21 (8' 7") INCLUDE the roof HVAC?

If not - What is total height including roof hvac?

And

If there was a high lift axel option - we would get that.

What is the total height on21' with high lift AND HVAC

:-)

As I said - IF there was a high lift option. I don't remember if I saw it on options list.

Not sure what you are talking about, Escapes do not make a Heritage model nor a high lift

A high lift axle is standard, and I am quite sure the overall height does not include the A/C unit.

So does anyone know the EXACT height of the standard HVAC unit?

We have a carport

Is gonna be tight.

Or a modification to carport

Someone here could likely help you, or you could just ask Escape, I bet they would know.

My 21 ( to start production in 3 weeks) was ordered with the lift kit. It will add 2.5 inches in total height to the standard axel. Standard hitch height is 19" , with lift kit 21.5" I don't know the total height. Those are the only measurements that I got from ETI .

Thanks. :-)

8'7" WITH HVAC would be awesome.

That would be 4" shorter than our casita.

So it would fit in our carport.

Even if we added the 2.5" (?) high lift to escape 21

:-)

On my 21 the A/C adds 5.5" to the height. I just measured the overall height at 9'2".

I was afraid of this.

9'2" may well mean carport would need to be modified

Ug.

Thanks ditchrider!!!

My 17 has the high lift axle, 15" wheels and no air.
It measures 8'4" to the top of the Maxxfan. I used a four-foot level to do the measurement.
So, I have to wonder about the claimed 8'7" for the 21 with air. ETI site says 8'7" in the specs; but air is optional so I don't think height includes air.

height of 21' with HVAC

When I called Escape I asked the height with air conditioner and that was when they said 8' 7". I see ditchrider measured his at 9' 2" so I guess I was wrong.

ETI's specs for the 21 say the height is 8'7", but that would be without the optional air conditioner.

Does anyone happen to know if the 2017 21' will have a different model roof AC?

and thus more or less height requirement?

Yes I know... new molds, so i'll have to wait to get exact height info
