We have ordered a 2020 E19. The completion date is Jan 16. We have plans to pickup in June so it has time to off gas and air out. Do I need to fly out to the factory for the completion or just send the money and hope for the best.

You do not have to fly out, everything can be handled via mail or on line. I had 2 Escapes delivered, sight unseen and everything was completed that way. Send your payments via mail or express and they will tell you when final payment must be made. You have to schedule a pick up day for your orientation. I suggest you do it the week of the rally in Osoyoos and then attend the rally.
