and so is Joldie, I think most of the staff there are customer oriented and advocate our position. If anything is not clear, they provide photos to clear up any misinformation. I'm glad they are there helping us....and I for one appreciate what they do.

We worked with Linda and she was wonderful! We got options that were not on the web: 22" deep u-shape couch, 4" thick rear seat back cushion (we don't hit the buttons), split rear seat back and rear seat bottom cushions, zip tie the GoPower Solar Controller underneath the rear seat, etc.

However, when I asked for a second grey water tank that was nixed. Turns out I wish we had 10 more gallons of fresh water, but that probably would have been nixed also.

Enjoy,

Perry

So escalating the issue to "Production" (which is surely run the by Director of Operations) resolved the issue, and you didn't even have to do it yourself. We seem to be in agreement.

Note: Director of Operations & Director of Sales are married. Just saying ...

This is a big thing in my life I can tell you that. I've begun celebrating St. Patrick's Day early.

Likewise I am so pleased this has been resolved internally. We have been in Co Kerry, Ireland all week and just arrived home after being battered by storms pretty much the entire week to find an email from Linda confirming that the mod will be applied. Time for a nice cool Guiness.

I celebrate also with a Black and Tan. Pour in Bass Ale first then add Guinness. The drink symbolizes the brutal repression by British paramilitary forces over the Irish seeking independence.

One Lyric;

'Come Out Ye Black and Tans'

"I was born on a Dublin street where the royal drums did beat
And the loving English feet walked all over us,
And every single night when me father’d come home tight
He’d invite the neighbors outside with this chorus:

(chorus) Oh, come out you black and tans,
Come out and fight me like a man
Show your wife how you won medals down in Flanders
Tell her how the IRA made you run like hell away,
From the green and lovely lanes in Killeshandra."

Due to this change I get to pay for a new step light (amber, too). I intend to replace the std "porch" light with a motion detection light so it will still have a use. The light I have switches between always on & motion detection when power is applied (on-off-on to switch) so I'm keeping it on the interior switch with the new step light using its built-in switch.
