While it's true that the Colts would have lost in any event ( they gave up the most points in the second half, after the balls had been properly inflated ) the Patriots still cheated. Is it only cheating if you get caught?

As for CFL vs NFL, I think NFL is better because the broadcaster uses three times as many cameras, has better cameramen and technology. It's the guys in the trailer that make the game exciting. You know you'll never miss a play because they'll show it over and over and over.

Thank you for the sanity Donna. For those who have never seen an NFL game in person, and who might think its just about the hype, I can tell you these guys are amazing. Speed, power and bone jarring tackles. Makes all other football pale in comparison. I ignore all the hoopla that can surround the game and focus on the game itself. As such, its the best there is.

I would expect nothing less! Were I Canadian, I would probably prefer the CFL too.

I donno. I'm Canadian.
CFL is pass, run, punt. Run, pass, punt. Run, pass, punt. Pass, run, punt.
NFL is commercial break, pass, pass, run, punt. Commercial break.

Congratulations to the Pats and the folks in New England. Very poor sportsmanship on the part of the Seattle defense at the end of the game, sorry to say.

That's reason enough to prefer the CFL -- it isn't all about the money. I remember growing up watching players like Bart Starr, Roger Staubach, Len Dawson, Gale Sayers, etc. It was a different kind of game and different kind of time. Today's NFL is in many ways a victim of its own success. I still love to watch a good game though. This Super Bowl was one of them.
