You ask why we don't hear much from Alf, well not only is he enjoying his months in FL (note at least ttwice he has posted a photo of the white sand of Fort Myers Beach), but he has very limited internet connection at the park where they are staying.

Hi: emers382... Thanks for sticking up for me!!! There's just to many "Happy hours" in the day down here. I've found out that "Retirement is when it takes longer to rest up, than it did to get tired" Alf

No they don't I am not sure there is one that does. The nice thing about the unit I and Fishbio is looking as is the weather alerts so you don't end up loosing your awning. You could use something like this wired in http://www.amazon.com/TaoTronics%C2%...nsmitter+audio .In the mod section here I described the system I was looking at doing. In order to get audio / video via blue tooth and Wi Fi transmitted for use by speakers , pads , Tv's etc I was going with a "Geek" toy Raspberry Pi. Though, after much research, I have since changed the toy to a full on carputer like this Mini ITX Carputer Intel D510MO M2 ATX 2GB RAM | eBay it can do video out to two monitors the pi can not and it will take the input from other things I am thinking about doing. These guys can help with your choices if you give them the requirements head unit and such . Crutchfield: Car Stereo, Speakers, Home Theater, LED LCD TV, Cameras however they do not sell the Jensen that I and FishBio are going to use. As for Speakers I am going to use the ones listed in post number 5 http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f8...ideo-3291.html though that may change I may go to a marine grade speaker as they are enclosed in the back so nothing gets into them or pushes against them from behind. Still debating building speaker enclosures or mounting in a cabinet like Escape does.

FishBio I choose my speakers based on experience with the maker my system in my truck though it is pushing 1000 watts so the speakers are the same manufacturer but not model. Talk with Crutchfield on line they have sales folks to help you choose. Three Ways vs Coaxial will do you better as you get all the components in one speaker instead of of a mid range , tweeter and sub all in different pieces etc. They might tell you to consider an amp but in reality unless your planning on blowing out the windows you should not need one.
