Couldn't agree more! Kim was very helpful to me when deciding on different features, she knew what I wanted more than I did! Best of luck to you Kim!

Many thanks Kim for your help up to and including our final build list at the end of July. Best of luck in the future.

I remember Kim sending me an email letting me know that there was a cancellation on June 23rd and to reply by the end of the day if I wanted it. It didn't take many nanoseconds to reply and snap up that cancellation.

Then I had about 2 weeks to complete my build sheet. Think fast Mark. Got it all done with Kim and Tammie's help and she couldn't have been more patient and helpful. She is an asset wherever she goes.

Gotta add my praise to Kim's great customer service, especially when my bank blocked my deposit on my bank card, citing Chilliwack as a potential fraud area. She worked through it and got it done. Not a great way to begin my relationship with ETI!

For any one of thousands of reasons, I expect.

Ditto here Mark, grabbed a cancel but we had 2 weeks and 1 day to commit the build sheet. Crazy couple of weeks...........

One thing nice about being a member of the EscapeForum is reading and gaining knowledge. I'm betting most have made up their mind well in advance of the months-away build sheet turn in. Now me, on the other hand... it took me eight months and I still hadn't made a final decision until I was at the factory ready to turn it in!
