Re: Kindles?
Not me, but a friend owns a book store on one of the Gulf Islands and she sells lots of books to people who forgot to bring the charger for their Kindle on vacation.

THAT'S why you need a checklist!

Any other Kindle users here? I'm currently reading the Honor Harrington SciFi Series on my K3 and Deb has a K2.

Not only did you pick my favorite "book", but David Weber is my favorite author (followed by Kim Harrison and CJ Cherryh). I traded up to a DX and gave my wife my K2. They both went to China with us this summer. The chargers are 120/240 and worked everywhere but Hong Kong where I had to buy a 38cent adapter. I bought a ChargePod adapter which charged both K's and both IPods. I discovered this weekend that I could get pretty decent internet coverage on the K also.

I guess I should have said re-reading the HSH series. Once I discovered Baen Book's e-versions, I had to re-visit. Actually, the hardback version of "Off Armageddon Reef" drove me to the Kindle. I was afraid if I dropped the book in my sleep I'd either break my nose or bruise a cat.

nook user here, Just finished S. King's under the dome. It was sure nice to not lug around a 823 page boak anchor. I read his manuscript was over over 1500 pages long. Yikes.
