The standard 12V incandescent lights are fine, but are not nearly as energy efficient as the LED lights, which will greatly prolong the time required between battery charges. Many of those who like to camp off the grid will elect to switch out the lighting to LED's. If you always camp at sites with electrical services, having LED lighting is not as great an issue.

to give an example, you can turn on 10 led lights and that equals the battery draw on one incandescent bulb. Thus if you have one battery you can extend your stay with lights by a factor of 10 with all other things equal.

12 counting the double fixtures in the ceiling as 2 each. This does not count the exterior lighting.

Just to clarify the terminology, "SMD" means "surface mounted device", and just describes the package... they're still LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes). An SMD is just soldered right onto the board surface, instead of standing up on two leads like legs. High-power LEDs are usually SMDs.

The question how many lights come with a 19.
I think the answer is "How many have you asked for".
and what do you want others to see, We have a vertical set of lights next to the rear window "Brake and Signal". We have the standard marker lights on the side and top corners, incandescent on the license plate.
All interior lights with the exception of the exhaust fan light.

I am sorry I did not ask for a strip of yellow over the front window on the outside.
On one battery I can go for a week plus.

Doug
