Measurements needed

We are playing with designs for our future 19. Can anyone supply the measurement from the standard floor to the bottom of the front window. We are toying with the idea of raising the floor a few inches and this measurement is critical.

Also, if anyone has opted for the U shaped dinette, what is the width of the seats on the sides and across the front. Any opinions or regrets about this mod?

Measuring our 2013 Escape 19 with standard floor, the distance from floor to the bottom of the glass is 44.5"
Very close to post 27

Thanks Jubal--

Do you think the dimensions are the same for the new ones? Would raising the floor a few inches improve your dinette experience?

I am 6' tall and would not benefit from raising the dinette floor . The beloved wife is 5'4" tall and does not feel that she has a problem looking out the dinette windows. Have you contacted another Escape 19 owner for a viewing ? I think that the front window heights would be the same for all late 19' models with some variance of ~1/2". To me the raised platform would be just another stumbling point (physical and monetary).

Hi Jubal--

What is the width of the front seat parallel to the front window. Did you make the seats the same width?

We have the standard dinette configuration and the dinette seat cushions with the backrest are too deep for comfort for me.
