Mini-Escape Rally

There aren't many of us Escape owners in Montana, at least not according to the Owners Map. But we personally know and seriously enjoy the company of the wonderful caregivers of our prior 2011 Escape 17. We rendezvoused with Ruth & Bruce at Placid Lake last week for our first camping outing together and introduced our Last Best Escape [our 3rd] to its ancestor. And there's also a pic Ruth captured of the early morning fog. A great week!

It is nice to see others enjoy the Escape you so carefully put together in deciding on options and upgrades, is it not? I know I do!!

Lovely stuff. Now I am so very tempted to add a kayak as my next upgrade.

Absolutely! We spend much of our camping time congratulating each other on what great choices we made -- this time.

I'm working on a "six-month review" that I'll post at the end of the summer.

You won't regret it. Here's a pic of our previous Escape, fully outfitted. While we can't take our kayaks everywhere, we do our best.

Hi Jim,
Congrats on your fourth Escape. I probably missed it, but what model are you getting? Any special touches installed at the factory and / or custom graphics? We had enough material on the 19 to run the rain gutters down the sides of the windows about 2/3 of the way. Worked well for us. I cut it square with a pair of anvil type pruners.

Going back to a 21 with "U" rear and window over nightstand. Figured with Franklin keeping us home this year, why not sell and get a new one, plan to pick up on way to Osoyoos, next year. I'm taking 20' ez gutters with me to have ETI install at pick up or at the rally. They are needed with the new style windows, to keep the top channel clean.

This seems like a great opportunity to "crowd source" the options/design of a new Escape! Let the forum pick all the options!
