The new building is great! I have a bigger office!!!!!!
but among the other benefits are separate bathrooms and a lunch room (can you tell this is being written by a woman?). :

Seriously though, the new facilities offer us so much more than the old shop. We have moved the main production over and at the end of the month the fiberglass shop will be moving in. There seems to be a transition with the processes as we are not accustomed to having so much space to work in and what worked in our old space does not necessarily work here. There is also the "I know I put it somewhere but now I cannot remember where I put it." Over time things will settle as we finish organizing the lobby, getting the signs up and fencing the back storage area off.
The other benefit which some people are already taking advantage of is the service bays. When we designed the floor space we put aside two bays or work areas so that we can do all of the maintenance and repairs people are asking for. This is a new thing for us and will take a bit to get the processes established but it is so nice to have trailers come in and out on the same day rather than dropping them off and leaving them here for a week or so until we find time to work on the trailer.
Everyday things settle down and tonight I am hoping Reace will make it home before midnight....
We will be having an open house and look forward to seeing many of you there.
