Picked up wed

I picked up my 5.0 Wednesday flawless service very well organized. Got a lot of good tips from everyone. We then hauled over 20 to Winthrop crazy winds and rain then snow over the pass lucky the roads remained wet /slushee but not icy. I was a little worried towing in snow but my friend is very experienced and said the rig was solid. My new truck ford 150 eco towed very well. So far we have been camping in Winthrop everything has worked perfectly.heading home Friday. We did a few tight turn arounds no issues with tight turns with my short bed ford and Anderson hitch. So far very happy with my trailer!

Glad to hear it Kate! IMO 5.0 / Anderson hitch / F150 eco is a great combination! I expect it'll keep you happy for years.
Happy Travels,
Rich

Yikers! Don’t envy the weather you had for your pickup, but am jealous you’ve taken possession of your new trailer and are happy with everything. Be careful, but enjoy!

Congratulations!

Glad you got through so much inclement weather. We picked up our 5.0 Oct13 and sailed down to I 80 in decent weather! Isn't it the most wonderful trailer! Ours is pulling into Missouri like a dream!
Only delay is people inquiring and asking to view interior!
Safe travels and enjoy! Marta

Yes I love the trailer everything I dreamed it would be. We have been keeping the table down and using it as a lounging area to read books easy to convert but in Winthrop we went out to eat every night so didn't need the table. Only trouble we had hauling over the pass was forgetting we had a trailer and going too fast also the Ford truck hauls like a dream in tow haul mode. Glad I listened to several of you on the forum who helped me pick options, trailer, truck, hitch etc... I am thankful!!!

Totally drank the cool aid after picking up my new 5.0. they were really great and explained everything so well - of course I have done a lot of listening in on others' issues so I could ask the right questions. They were so well organized for my orientation and hitch adjustment I am picky about this kind of thing and they exceeded my expectations. So yes totally a cheerleader!

Congrats on your new trailer Kate, I have no doubt you will love it. I know at the Fall NOG last year it was something you were strongly considering, and here it is a year later and you now own one. Nice!

We're cheerleaders,too!

Your photos of your trailer are lovely!
This is trailer #5 that we purchased throughout the years and I think we finally got the right balance of technology and size in this Escape!
