Re: Question for families with kids!

Good Choice! We have two little kids (2 and 6) and we are very happy we went with the 19 foot. We also bought the cot, which we did use when another child joined us for a night. The six year old tried it the next night and preferred just sharing the full size bed (she thought the cot was too rough). We went on a long trip this summer and we only coverted their bed into the dinette a few times. Unless it was raining or super buggy we ate outside. We do not have a micro. We used that spot for pantry. Each person got their own overhead bin. Have Fun with your new escape!

Obviously because we just bought one we are biased but the more time we spend in our 19 ft the more we love it. We just spent a weekend in with terrible weather and were very comfortable. Good luck I am sure you will love it.

Re: Question for families with kids!

We also just spent our 36th night this season, and 100th in three years, and commented how much we still love our trailer. Almost all the trailers we saw on the way home were HUGE, and we just don't get it. We laugh at the slogans on these trailers, such as "ultra light.". Are you kidding me? We're ultra light! We got a record 12.1 L/100km, or 23 mi/ga on the way home. With the 19, you are only one step toward the dark side, so enjoy!

Re: Question for families with kids!

Congrats on your 100th night, Dave.

We had a small stick trailer next to us last time out. It dwarfed us.

Lisa, I am sure you will be very happy with your 19'. I will envy you that U-dinette at the back.
