How did the two door fridge get on the standard list of features for a 2013 21" trailer?

I assume it was taken back to the factory for the change out and then sold by Escape.

You're probably right about the change out. The previous owner must have had problems with the original fridge and took advantage of Dometic's offer which was driven by ETI's determination to provide customer satisfaction.
