Reality check - what does it weigh?
I'm adding random food and snack items for in impending trip. Raiding the pantry, with no real plan.
Into a Rubbermaid container I tossed 3 rolls of paper towels, 2 boxes of potato chips, 3 bags of Tostidos or rice wafers, 2 cans of beans, 1 bottle of salsa, a small bag of liquorice allsorts, 1 bottle of salad dressing and one of BBQ sauce, 2 packets of Uncle Ben's rice ( enough for two dinners for two people ).
I was struck by how heavy the container was so I weighed it.
It came to 17.5 pounds.
So, keep that in mind when you load your trailer a little bit at a time. It adds up.
